Bravely You with Melissa Hiatt

Bravely You with Melissa Hiatt
Posted on

Melissa is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator based on the work of Brené Brown and she helps people explore beneath the surface of their lives, to understand and embrace vulnerability, to feel emotions (good and bad) and understand how emotions affect one’s thoughts and behaviors.

In today's episode, Melissa will speak about self-awareness, living bravely and vulnerable, and discuss the ideology that once you are emotionally happy, the people around you are also emotionally happy.

"Once you begin living brave - it's hard to go back...It's not about being perfect."

With a genuine passion for helping people, Melissa's words and stories throughout the episode will resonate and inspire you.
