+ I am enough
It's really that simple. You are enough. There is no one else on this earth quite like you and there is a reason you are here.
+ I am worth it
You are worthy of having the best life possible. It is up to you make decisions and choices based on what is going to make you the happiest. Don't let someone else's opinion or thoughts have an effect on your authenticity.
+ I am beautiful
Repeat that statement again, "I. am. beautiful." Ahh, it feels so refreshing, doesn't it?! Still not at the goal weight you want to be at? Still trying to find the perfect haircut, makeup routine or wardrobe? None of that matters! You are your own beautiful, even if it doesn't match society's definition of "beauty." So, repeat this statement until you truly feel it in your soul. Because trust us, it's in there. And once you realize how beautiful you truly are, you're unstoppable!
+ I am becoming.
As humans, we are always growing, always evolving. We have the power to create the life we've always wanted. It's important to remember that we are strong and we can do anything we put our minds to. Mind over matter. Always.
+ I am perfectly imperfect
There is no such thing as being perfect, there is, however, such a thing as perfectly imperfect. I know, it's a crazy thing to think about, but we are "perfect" without having to do anything more! We were created perfectly imperfect and even if you skipped the gym two days this week (or have yet to make it there this week 🙋 ) you are still perfect.
+ I love who I am - flaws and all
Stretch marks? Cellulite? A little socially awkward? Us too, girl! Embrace those flaws because those flaws are what make you, you!
+ I am exactly where I am supposed to be at this exact moment
This one can be hard. Especially when you're feeling less than confident in your job, a relationship, etc. But, it's important to remember that everything happens for a reason. Life is taking us down the right path that always lead to bigger and better things. (Even when it seems to not be going as planned.)
+ I am doing my best and making a difference
There is a word that I think we as women need to give ourselves more often and that is, grace. We are trying to do it all - all the time - and sometimes it's simply not possible. We need to give ourselves some much-needed grace and not be so hard on ourselves when things don't go perfectly. Each and everything you are doing is making a difference in this world - even if you can't see that right now.
+ I am not alone
This is probably one of the most important statements on this list. It's crucial to remember that there are people out there who are more than willing to help us out. We just have to be open to the help and willing to ask. Asking for help can be the hardest step, but it's also the most important step.
+ I am loved
No matter how less than confident you're feeling, you must always remember that there are people out there who love you absolutely unconditionally. It doesn't matter where you're at in your life, or if you're not at the size you want to be at, or if things aren't going perfectly, they're still there loving on you, regardless. And if you find that there aren't people like that in your life, it's time to find a new inner circle.
