Meet Confidence Stylist: Tianna Schlup

Meet Confidence Stylist: Tianna Schlup
Posted on
Hey there! I’m Tianna Schlup, confidence and personal stylist at Chelsea’s Boutique and cosmetologist in training at Stewart School! A little bit about myself, I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii but soon after moved to South Dakota where I grew up and graduated from Beresford High School. I enjoy doing many things which include singing, playing guitar, running, biking, painting, drawing, and spending time with my friends and family! I have two older brothers, Thaine and Thatcher, who are my best friends. Todd and Teresa are my parents - yes all of our names start with a T!

WHAT DO YOU DO AT CHELSEA'S?

At Chelsea’s Boutique I help women from all walks of life recognize their beauty and instill confidence from within! I also get to help with resetting the floor, designing new outfits to put on the mannequins and do what I can to help out my coworkers!

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY DOING IN YOUR FREE TIME?

In my free time I enjoy listening to and writing music. Which of course leads to the enjoyment of researching my favorite bands/artists to see if they’re on tour. I also try to take the time to listen to podcasts every now and then, and every once in a while when I have the time I like to watch movies.

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?

I believe my style is very broad! Since starting school we are required to wear mostly black, so a lot of the time it’s very sleek and sophisticated. But I’d say it’s also categorized as Indie/Hipster.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING AT CHELSEA'S?

What I like about working at Chelsea’s is being surrounded by so many incredible people. It really is a place of building each other up and supporting one another through anything! The women I work with and the women who come into the store inspire me each and every day, and it is a dream come true as well as a privilege to have this opportunity to be working here!

DO YOU HAVE ANY RANDOM/FUN FACTS ABOUT YOURSELF?

A random fact about me is that I am still in love with my favorite boy band from when I was 9-15 years old, Big Time Rush (and still listen to their music quite often.)

If you have not met Tianna yet, then stop by and say hi! She is SO incredibly helpful and is always wearing a smile and a positive attitude. Her fun personality and caring nature will definitely bring some cheer into your life.
