A Fancy Thanksgiving Dinner
Now personally, my family is a paper plate kind of Thanksgiving family, but a lot of families will break out the fine china and have a dressier holiday. If this is your family, you may be finding yourself a little stressed out trying to figure out what to wear. Fear not, we've got you covered!
Starting off, we want you to be comfortable all day long so you’ll absolutely love these cozy fleece-lined leggings. Not only are they incredibly comfortable, but they will keep you extra warm throughout the day.
This heather grey quarter sleeve mini dress with keyhole neckline opening and empire waist is the perfect dress for a fancy Thanksgiving. For an extra layer of warmth, we suggest pairing this adorable red and black buffalo plaid print poncho over the dress. Finish the look off with cute little black booties and you’ll slay this dinner!
Maybe you’re away from home this holiday and are opting to have Thanksgiving with your friends. Friends are one of the biggest blessings in my life. I have been lucky enough to blessed with some true gems.
For Friendsgiving, have some fun with your outfit and mix textures and patterns and try something new. I love this skirt so much. It has a fun front slit and elastic waist, which is key for Thanksgiving. It will allow you to eat as much turkey as you want. 😉
(OH! - And did I mention this skirt is currently on sale?! - Bonus!)
Tuck in a basic black tank or tee and then throw on this super comfy and casual slouchy mustard cardigan. Polish the outfit off with these adorable pointed toe chestnut colored booties.
The Night Before Thanksgiving
The night before Thanksgiving is the perfect night to catch up with old friends who are in town for the holiday.
Look adorable when you hit the town going to one of your favorite restaurants or grabbing a drink with friends in this black front button skirt with scalloped hem.
Make the outfit scream fall by adding this cute rust colored top and adorable two-tone cognac and gold ankle booties.
Thanksgiving Lunch With Family
One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is going around the table and everyone saying what they’re grateful for over the past year. I love looking around the table and seeing all of my loved ones in one spot.
Thanksgiving is a fun time to break out all of your favorite cozy fall dresses. I love the sleeves and high neck on this beautiful charcoal colored dress. It's fun and classy all at the same time.
Pair the dress with a pair of warm tights and a long statement necklace. The cherry on top of this outfit though is truly these stunning maroon booties! I’m obsessed with them! They really add a pop of color to an outfit and they’re so comfortable!
The Family Football Game
One of the defining things of Thanksgiving is the after dinner football game. Whether you’re watching it or playing it, nothing says Thanksgiving as much as football.
On a cold November day, the most important thing is being comfortable. Everything about this outfit screams comfort. I love how soft this lightweight sweatshirt is. AND it has an adorable open back detail. We love it paired with our best selling distressed denim jeggings. What we love most about these jeggings is that you can move in them, they are high waisted, and have a comfy elastic waistband. (Why yes we will take a second serving of stuffing!)
Black Friday Shopping
One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is Black Friday Shopping. I take Black Friday very seriously. It's like my own personal Olympics! I love hitting the mall Thursday night after family time and burning off those calories from my Thanksgiving turkey.
One tip to make a successful Black Friday shopping trip is to dress in layers.
I love this chunky cardigan sweater layered over a simple cold shoulder top. Once again, I love these adorable unique distressed jeggings with elastic waistband. Add in some funky accessories like a chunky scarf and our best selling Tara fleece lined CC hat.
We here at Chelsea’s hope you have a fabulous Thanksgiving with your friends and family!
Be sure to take a moment to take a moment to be grateful for all the wonderful blessings in your life and take a moment to give back.
Happy Thanksgiving from us to you!
