ABOUT YOU

Duties:

  • Oversee the overall performance of the store & make sure we’re hitting goals & deadlines and be able to pivot or come up with new ideas when needed
  • Interviewing, on boarding & training new team members 
  • Create the company schedule & personal styling schedule
  • Help with floor setup & displays
  • Work with our Brand & Media Manager to develop marketing plans & strategies to increase brand awareness, raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic & optimize profitability
  • Lead our team with integrity and create an environment where our team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them 
  • Live and embody the core values of Chelsea’s
  • Meet performance goals by mentoring, training, coaching, motivating & providing feedback to team members through positive & respectful leadership
  • Handle situations that arise from staff or customers 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain the Chelsea’s world-class brand experience & internal culture
  • Understand all the technical platforms we use and be able to efficiently train others & troubleshoot problems
  • Continually review operations & analyze data to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement while diagnosing performance gaps
  • Lead back end operations to keep the store functioning at its best
  • Fill in shift gaps when needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years past management experience (retail preferred but not required)
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Inspired to perform well with an ability to drive new ventures within the business
  • Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
  • Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals
