General Manager

REQUIRED: 3+ years past retail management experience

  • Oversee the overall performance of the store & make sure we’re hitting goals & deadlines
  • Interviewing, hiring & training new team members
  • Create the company schedule & personal styling schedule
  • Floor setup & displays
  • Order inventory based on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc...
  • Work with our Brand & Content Manager to develop marketing plans & strategies to increase brand awareness, raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic & optimize profitability
  • Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them
  • Live and embody the core values of Chelsea’s
  • Meet performance goals by mentoring, training, coaching, motivating & providing feedback to team members through positive & respectful leadership
  • Handle all situations that arise from staff or customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Maintain the Chelsea’s world-class brand experience & internal culture
  • Direct weekly photo shoots with the Brand & Content Manager
  • Understand all the technical platforms we use and be able to efficiently train others & troubleshoot problems
  • Continually review operations & analyze data to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement & diagnose performance gaps

  • 3+ years past retail management experience
  • 40-50 hr work week depending on the season
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Inspired to perform well by an ability to drive new ventures within the business
  • Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
  • Flexibility: Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals
