Virtual Assistant Summary:

Provide administrative support to our team, especially through the organization of data, while working remotely.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain Chelsea’s referral and loyalty programs.
  2. Transfer data into our task management system, Asana.
  3. Prepare and organize inventory reports.
  4. Handle transfer of funds within PayPal and Lightspeed Retail.
  5. Track and update store data within Google Docs.
  6. Manage emails for the boutique.

 

Qualities:

  1. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude with customers and fellow team members and strives to work within a fast-paced company
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong work ethic and accountability
  4. Very organized & detail oriented
  5. Adaptable to changing circumstances
  6. Enjoys working with data and understanding how it impacts reality
  7. Independent worker who is able to focus on the task at hand and manage time well
  8. Enjoys having a flexible work schedule
  9. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role is preferred, but not required

 

Requirements:

  • Available to complete tasks for 3 hours each week.
  • Alignment with our mission and vision statements as well as our core values.
